Hemingway, or the Apologia for Good Wine

There is probably no writer who has written better on the subject of wine than Ernest Hemingway in his tales: “One of the most civilized things in the world and one of the most natural things of the world that has been brought to the greatest perfection”. Legend of a time now long gone, the “clown” of the Ritz, that tireless traveller and winner of the Nobel Prize for literature, will, for many, forever remain the benevolent and universal defender of joie de vivre.
