Which items on the infusions menu are the most effective anti-inflammatories and immunostimulants? Turmeric, ginger, peppermint, or camomile tea? Or simply a green tea? These brews may help you consolidate your health capital. A recent study listed some rather unappetizing or even downright dangerous ingredients that can be found in commercial concoctions. The French magazine 60 Millions de Consommateurs strongly criticized some brands which contained undesirable residues, while also congratulating the sadly all too few lines that met better standards.
